About Me

Hello, my name is Christina and I’m the teacher and owner of Pink Crow Music Studio.

I have a Bachelor of Music from The King’s University in Edmonton, as well as my grade 8 RCM piano certificate. I’ve been in and around music since I was a baby; from participating in music festivals to playing piano in church, I’ve enjoyed every minute.

Since moving out to PEI from Alberta in 2021, I’ve become involved with the PEI RMTA (Registered Music Teacher Association) as their secretary, a community player with the UPEI wind symphony, and joined a handbell choir.

I am passionate about the joy that music can bring to any life. I know that most of my students will not pursue music in post secondary, or as a career. And learning the basics can expand their horizons for the rest of their lives. My goal is to teach children who become adults who will search out good music, attend great concerts, and see the value music brings to their lives. I also know beyond my musical knowledge, you want your child to be safe, which is why I maintain my current First Aid CPR level C and vulnerable sector check.
